I know this is probably an impossible question, but, you never know unless you ask.
Are there any holiday/farm parks in Lancashire or Cumbria that will accept bring ons for a reasonable price.
I assume you are talking about a static caravan - and you are right, it does seem an impossible task. Many have asked this question, nobody has yet come back to report success.
There are sites that sometimes advertise availablity of pitches for bring-ons, so best use Google (or similar) to look for "sites that allow bring-ons" and then hit the phone to ask.
Late to comment but just to say that yours is a regular question, you’ll find several threads on UKCS if you use the Search tool, with the many reasons why it’s not going to be easy. We’ve really got little idea about the success rate because so few people let us know the outcome. Good luck.

Have you had any joy so far? It would be good to let others know of any success.
------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
I recall seeing one post last year (cannot find it now) where somebody reported back to say they did find someone who woul accept a bring-on, but the final cost (and hassle) was so much they were selling the existing static and buying another on their new park.
There appears to be a post on this very website today from a park owner in Berkshire who is considering admitting bring-ons. In my experience this is extremely rare, as most site owners won't even consider siting a static they haven't sold.
There are some sites that regularly advertise availability for bring-ons - just done a Goggle search and the first page brought up 6 different results.
I suspect that the availability of pitches for bring-ons is directly related to (a) the availability of new vans for sale, and (b) how well they are selling.
I also suspect that the lack of people coming back to report success is an indicator that when they start to investigate it is neither easy or cheap. Moving a static is a pretty brutal manoeuvre at the best of times, then there is getting it off one site (and paying to clear the pitch of all decking, steps, skirting etc), securing or removing all loose items for the move, and then getting it on to the next site - much simpler to buy ready sited.
Yes we are looking at having some 'bring ons' - happy to discuss this on my thread but trying not to have this as a sales pitch , but we have done this before for a customers owned new holiday home and also a 4 year old holiday home
