hi all hope there is someone that can help us in this request
daughter and boyfreind wish to try and start off their lives living together but like so many others at this time no way can they afford a normal house or flat
just wondering as to the laws etc on sitingt this they can possibly do this on the boyfreinds parents farm
do they have to have planning permissin etc and what rate of polltax they may have to pay
thanks for taking the time to read this and knowing this site there is bound to be someone that can give us some advice to help them on there way in life

Any new residential development will need planning permission, especially if it is on green belt land. A few months ago one was refused permission just down the road from me, the environmental health said that they would need to apply for a full caravan site licence but different areas have different rules. Try ringing the planning department of your local council, they are usually very helpful.
