Never posted on this forum before so if Im ignorant of all things static I apologise. Living within easy reach of the west Wales Coast my parents-in-law are looking to buy a 2/3 bed used static on a quiet site near/on the coast between Newquay in the south and Harlech in the north.

As such there isnt a budget yet but any suggestions as to costs/ ground rent/ good sites etc would be appreciated

we got a static in Powys.  we initially wanted to get one in N. Wales but ground rent was more expensive.  The site we are on is nr. Lake Vernwy and Llangower on Bala Lake, both extremely beautiful, as is most of the countryside surrounding it. It is a very quiet site complete with the most stunning scenery imaginable.  The gound rent is under £1500 p.a.  Also there are statics available.

This is not the area you are looking for, but worth considering if you can't find what you want.
