We are thinking of buying our first static and we are wondering what the prices are for site fees around the durham/nothumberland area ??

It would depend on what facilities the sites offer - try ringing a few.

Have a look at Nothumbrian leisure---good value for your money in my opinion and the parks are all of a high standard.Family owned ....in good places....and not one of the big companies who tend to be only interested in getting as much as they can from you! Also check how many months of the year you are allowed in your van--some are only 8 months.Ive been doing my homework and this company looks good to me . Good luck.
