Hi there,

I am new to caravanning although a well seasoned tent camper.
As I am getting on a bit I have decided to get a caravan and only have a small budget. I have seen a couple of suitable vans, a swift corniche 12/2 1990 model and also an Eldiss hurricane xl 1993 model. Both 2 berths. Wondered if anyone has any experience with either of these or has any other recommendations to look out for. It needs to be under 1400 mtlpm for my car to be comfortable to tow it.

The only essential with a caravan of that age is to ensure it is dry. There are too many stores on here of people buying damp caravans.
