Thinking of moving in to a holiday park, with 11 months a year living there, what do people do with putting down a permanent address, the site has a very good reputation we will be going away for that month not stipulated what mont you can’t stay as long as it’s a month a year your not there.
We are looking at selling up and doing the move, to enjoy life now rather than waiting for the mortgage to be paid off.
So the main question is, do I use a family member would this affect them or is this fine to do as a care of address ect

I
Have you not read any of this thread?
I have posted a reply on your other post, but deciding to live on a holiday park will probably be the worst decision you ever make in your life.
You want to risk becoming homeless, up to you - just be aware that you will have NO legal rights, NO security of tenure, NO financial stability, and NO right of redress when it all goes wrong - which it very probably will.

I am thinking of selling up and buying a home on a residential plot. I have found the information very valuable given on this forum. I will be keeping up to date with all the posts to help me on my way to my retirement.

Just a reminder, please make sure you use a solicitor - preferably one experienced with park homes and who is fully aware of the Mobile Homes Act.
NEVER believe anyone who tells you that you do not need a solicitor, and NEVER rely on the words of the sales person, no matter how nice they are.
The park home industry is big business, and there are now some operators who are, shall we say, less diligent than others - which may mean they sell something that does not have the correct legal framework (planning permission, licensing or even title) to give you protection under the Act.
