I own a 6 Yr old Willerby caravan and every single window and door has blown. We've had 6 replaced but now they will not replace any more because it's over the 5 Yr guarantee. Visiting the caravan this week we see that 4 more windows have blown. Has anyone else had this problem? I don't know anyone else's caravan that has had this problem. The caravan dealer we bought it from says that it could be due to the way it was transported! Does anyone know a company that will replace the panes?
How infuriating for you.
Bear in mind that under the Consumer Act (which applies to static caravans) the supplier is the responsible party - so if you purchased from a dealer, they are the ones responsible if they have sold you something that is "not fit for purpose".
Blaming the way that it was transported is illogical; if that was the case, then there would be additional problems, not just blown windows.
Sometimes simply pointing out that under the Consumer Act the supplier is responsible can work wonders, could be worth contacting the dealer again and making it clear that your purchased from them, therefore they are the supplier, therefore they are the ones responsible for getting it sorted.
Maybe get a quote and send it to the dealer.

As far as replacing the glass itself goes (I assume this is all that Willerby have done so far, not replaced any frames) then a good local glazier or a company like The Window Man (NOT big companies like Anglian etc) should be able to measure, order and replace the glass.
If you want to push it, then point out that under the Consumer Act goods should be fit for pupose.
It is generally accepted that reasonable quality and correctly fitted double glazed windows should last for 10 plus years before they blow.
One window blowing within 5 years is unlucky. Two blowing is suspect.
Ten blowing is a strong suggestion that either the windows were faulty or they were not correctly fitted- which falls firmly within the Consumer Act, and nothing to do with any warranty.
Much depends on how much you want to spend the time and aggravation pushing it.
Get a local glazier out to have a look and see (a) what they say the cause probably is, and (b) how much replacement will cost, and then you can decide whether to carry on either insisting on the dealer to sort it OR getting in sorted yourself and maybe sending the bill to the dealer to reimburse you.
I add, that when it comes to statics/park homes "It's out of warranty" is an automatic reply, which usually means "Go away and stop bothering us". Quoting the Consumer Act (or previously the Sale of Goods Act) can often work wonders.
