Our Pemberton Marlow has a vinyl seafoam finish which has shark skin type surface.
I have not been able to clean black marks off it or from the window frames.

I have tried all the cleaners that we used on our tourer without success.

I will appreciate any suggestions from those of you who have cracked this problem.
