Hi Guys

I'm usually over on the other forum with the canvas crowd but I'm trying to help a friend.

Our friends have bought a static off a friend but as we all know, it's never that easy with big, company caravan site owners. The original owners have now been told, after checking & double checking all their paperwork, that they should only have sold the caravan back to the owners at £000's loss or get the caravan off the site.

The upshot is we are now trying to find a site in North Wales, Gwynedd, which will accept a 3 x bedroom static. It's only about 5 years old and the original owners will arrange transport.

Can anyone help or are we chasing a lost cause? They've tried quite a few sites but non of those will accept caravans not sold by them.

Thanks for reading this!

Alix

We had the same problem when we had a static, we ended up having to let it go back to the site at a joke of a valuation. We'll certainly never have another. The way we see it is that if it was any good, they'd never let the likes of me have one on their site. That's why we have a tourer that we can take where we like & the big site owners can go whistle.

The very best of luck in your search for a site.
