Has anyone been to this CL on the A9 near Tain? It must be quite new as it's not in the book. It will make a perfect stopover for out trip next year.

There are 3 reviews on the caravan club website. They note welcoming owners, some road noise, a fenced off dog walk and plenty to do locally. I’d agree with staying more than one night.

Yes, I've read the reviews Fiona. We always stay at least 2 nights for a stopover. Wine helps with the road noise, but the reviews mention that it dies down at night.

It does.
PS Remember to pronounce the local whisky correctly - it’s orangey, like the fruit.

I suspect most folk drive past Tain. We spent time there while our previous MH had a new fan belt fitted. Pretty riverside. A very interesting old church with murals that was very important for pilgrimage. And a fabulous gallery in a garage that does art glass - can’t afford it but it’s beautiful to see. Walking for the dog up in the hills behind in commercial forestry.
Thanks for reminding me of an area we should get back to.

Yes, the area looks interesting, hope we make it next year, hoped to take Charlie...
