At Croesypant near Penperlleni. Apparently you access the site over a hump back bridge over the canal. It's fairly new and it seems that it is not shown on maps so not quite sure of the exact location as there are 2 such bridges.

Found it now, not for the faint hearted. The lane to the canal bridge has grass growing down the middle and extremely narrow so no idea where you are meant to stop to phone the owner, then there is the bridge over the canal. We will go to Blossom Park just outside Abergavenny which is a bit commercial for our liking, but needs must.
