It’s not just you. I think the aerial photo (on Google) was taken in winter: white = snow, you can see vehicle tracks in the fields. Blue is tree shadows or dark roofs, but no idea why though.

Blue and white (Could argue pastel green & white) on normal maps view. But so is the rest of the country, if you zoom out.
On Satellite view however, it's the usual mix of greens/browns/taupes/greys of the surrounding fields.
The aforementioned tyre tracks are only visible on the satellite view, but now in a green field, so I assume it was a technical hitch at Google, which has righted itself since the previous post.
