OH has finally agreed that we can go to Pembrokeshire (Woody Kiln near Milford Haven) now I need to find sites en route 70-80.miles apart and not too far from the M4.:Any ideas for something £30 per night, hopefully less in the above area that is open all year?

I've stayed at CCC CS Quarry Lodge about 6 years ago, but friends regularly still go there and love it. Mostly easy access, only a short distance on lanes, with one 'odd' turn as I recall. - It was my first trip when I acquired the caravan, so not quite a seasoned/experienced caravan tower back then!
About 45 miles/1.5 hours from Woody Kiln, and a bit beyond end of M4, but not hugely off the logical route of A40, if that's not too late in your journey.
Not sure if open all year, need to check with site, NEVER find I can rely on UKCS data when it comes to opening times, a detail that is not always up to date!
Just found South Wales Touring Park at Llangennech, which will be ideal. Been there before and loved it. Discounted immediately as the number of reviews made me think it would be a big commercial site. Their website says they have a 3 night minimum stay policy, waiting to hear whether they accept 2, or I will have to change Hortham Farm from 3 each way to 2.

I was just thinking about you scarletsfan as we "spoke" about this site all those years ago. We have just stayed there for 2 nights and another 2 next week. Still good value. Glad to see you are still around. Merry Christmas!
