 peppermint park, we stayed here a little while ago when we had the tent. the site is real nice. we were in the "leisure" field. to me this meant the field on the steep hill. it was ok for tents and there were no caravans up there, i dont think you would have been able to tow a van up there.

   the caravan pitches we wel spaced out and the toilets/showers we all well kept with free hot water.

   as stated it was a little while ago when wer were there. i have looked into going back there this season but the prices have gone up 3 fold. that means its now very expensive.

    so in brief, nice site with all the bells and whistles but very very pricey.

There's a Caravan Club site at Dawlish that we took a look at last time we were there - wished we'd been on that instead of Lady's Mile!!  It's walking distance to the beach down the hill.

 wheres that one then? did'nt know there was a club site in that area, or do you mean a CL site
