It's very close to the road, low-lying and it can feel very oppressive with so many statics around. That said it's within walking distance to Portrush, has good shop / take-away facilities and an excellent playground.
Council run Juniper Hill and Carrick Dhu (which has a nice walled camping area) are much nicer though imo.
