Probably joined this conversation a bit late but I've just been camping at 6 months pregnant with a two year old so I understand your predicament. We've just been to a fantastic site in Mawgan Porth, Cornwall called Magic Cove. It's a tiny site but immaculate toilets and facilities, plus only a minute's walk to a fantastic beach, pub, shop and chippy so you don't have to venture far once you're there if you don't want to.
We took our portaloo (Kampa Kazi) for night times and early mornings but to be honest i didn't use it once as the loo's were easy to access and really clean (and i'm a real scaredy cat when it comes to going to the loo on my own at night!).
If that site is too far (we drove for 7 hours but well worth it), then just look for somewhere small and friendly with good loo's, we normally go for more rural sites with more space and therefore a trek to the loo's but in this instance it definitely paid off going to a smaller more intimate site. Hope this helps..!
