Just had a look on the website, but can`t understand if you go to the trouble and expense of having such a website why it doesn`t mention size, prices, facilities, types of units accepted etc.
OK ,I may be a lazy sod, but if I was looking to stay in the area then I would be far more likely to narrow the list of potentials down to those that fitted with my requirements. Your website tells me nothing really - other than it has a photo of a field - and under normal circumstances would be dismissed. This may be doing you and your site a great dis-service but as competing sites would tell me if there were hook-ups, toilet facilities, permit pets etc, etc (or not), I could form an opinion as to whether or not my needs were adequately covered.
Whilst this is a criticism, please take it as being a constructive one.

We've just booked Ord for early April - our first trip as a family, camping. I love that it has something for everybody. I honestly can't think of anything better than a bar with a soft play area in it. LOL
we are in planning at the moment to become an 18 pitch commercial site.when this happens we will need to revamp the website as i know it is very sparse. but in limbo at the moment as the busy bodies are upset! as is there are loos, shower ,electric, dog friendly pub in walking distance. with planning we are doing hard standin, super pittches, private bathrooms with underfloor heating, laundry drying room etc. just new last year so learning all the time!

Just put whatever info you can on there, paddy. Tarrifs is good, IMO. The more people know, the more likely they are to follow through and ask for more info.
I have to agree with Angus i did look at Bankhead villa but a field does not tell me if you have hardstanding service pitches or a disabled toilets . We have now book Ord in July but we are in E section ( Adults only and disabled )
I can only say when we visited Ord House a few weeks ago we were told when booking that the orchard was Adult only, and while we were there we definately did not see any children in this area. This could be wrong so if anyone is in any doubt just give them a ring, they did seem really helpful and friendly.
Sandra.
