Well in that case then ,I think you are worrying over nothing ,you will be fine on most sites 
Just because a site says they request quiet after 11pm ,doesn't make them concentration camps ,its just so that everyone else (who sholiday it is too as they dont get away very often ) can get some kip .
They dont come around checking you are in bed ,they just ask you not to be loud as noise travels a long way on a campsite at night .Im sure to newcomers rules can make it seem that all the fun is taken away but honestly its just the opposite ,the rules are there to make sure everyone can have fun ,believe me ,we wouldnt go if it wasnt fun :D
