We too have stayed at Manor Farm and thought it was a good site.  It might be a bit larger than you want but it is split up into different areas giving it a smaller feel. Think it's Molls Meadow where people with dogs are pitched.  From what I can remember it's a nice walk to Cromer along some footpaths and then you are straight on to the beach.

TWO MILLS caravan site in North Walsham might be another good choice, there is a train station there where you could travel to Norwich or Cromer if you didn't want to use the car, the coast ( Mundesley, Bacton,Walcot, Happisburgh etc is only a few miles away and broads not to far either, short car journey's. I you wanted to be a bit nearer the coast there is another site called Stoney Brook just outside Bacton, Wherever you choose There will alway's be plenty to see and do in Norfolk
