3 magpies was ok for us when we visited a couple of weeks back. The Barge was a better pub (in my most humble of opinions of course lol) but a longer walk

We live just up the road and there is a small skate and scooter park in Rowde, about 10 mins down the road. If you go to the Cross Keys pub they can direct you. Good park in Devizes.... Hillworth Road with a small cafe. Market day in Devizes on a Thursday, lots of cafes too. I would say Brokerswood, longleat,, bowood, Bath for shopping and mooching..... There is nothing really on the site itself but nice walks up and down the locks. My children are younger so soft play still amuses.... Hope this helps.
The Fleet Air Arm museum at Yeovilton is surprisingly good fun. I enjoyed it, despite having no interest in planes, and my friend's 11 year old liked it too.
