Hi Tentz

You're right it is Castle POINT, Rockcliffe. I hope it was a typo rather than a failing memory!!! I spent the summer of 1974 working as a waiter at the "Barons Craig Hotel" in Rockcliffe and have visited the Castle POINT site too.

As I've just posted in reply to White Rose, all this talk of Galloway has got me in mind that it's about time I returned for a caravan holiday there - now where's that diary?

we went to Dumfries and Galloway for the first time this year, and stayed at Kipford holiday park, it won't be the last time we visit
