I was going to recommend Gloucester Christmas market,which is set up down amongst the docks(we were there last weekend)..but I've just noticed that it has finished!

We tried Lincoln Market last year..and we found that the crowds were a utter nightmare..shufflin' along..pushin' and shovin'...getting clacked by pushchairs and mobility scooters..etc !?!?

..and the one-way system(s) they had in place,meant that you ended up getting herded away from where you wanted go...? !

No idea what it's like but we had also thought of going down to Cirencester..
