It is a different site. It is run by camping and caravan club, but part of the water park. Lots to do in the area if you like outdoor pursuits. Easy walk to water park. Near m42 but we didn't notice noise. Nice pub ten minutes walk along canal. It has 2areas one is all hardstands and fairly quiet, the other is mixed grass and hard with a kids play area.
