It feels quite strange this year, not seen anyone we know whereas usually we see the same people. Don't know them by name, just to nod and say hello to, or to chat while letting the dog have a paddle. Seems a lot quieter too, don't know if the weather has put people off but numbers do seem down and it seems much quieter.

we came back today from ff, agree that it seemed quiet, we were on the sports field which when we arrived on friday did seem busy but by monday a lot had left with more packing up today too. Tracy i see you have a black Lab, it wasn't you we were talking to around 11 am, we had a 5 month old black lab.
Well, home after another very enjoyable stay. Weather was a bit hit and miss, lovely weekends but midweek we had some heavy downpours, still didn't spoil it though! Met some lovely people and, of course, lovely doggies, even saw some old ones from previous years.

We are going on Monday! So cannot wait. We haven't been away since whitsun as daughter getting married this coming Saturday. We have had so much on, we are both desperate for a rest!
so if you see us looking like zombies, you will know why! Lol
