Yes but none of them are Butlins style sites, which I assume(never assume) is what the OP is after.
Possibly wanting entertainment and all the other things that a Butlins site provides.

I've never actually been to a holiday camp like Butlins or Pontins. I would probably have enjoyed it as a teenager, or even in my 20s, but not any more. Peace and quiet is our thing now.
I was only wondering if they did as my little girl loves swimming but gets bored if it’s a plain pool even though we try to make it as fun as possible( she is 3)
Stayed at Minehead Butlins about 12 years back in our campervan. was a basic site inside the grounds owned by them,
they closed it down over 10 years ago,and its statics only nowadays.
Skeggy had a tourer site with access to all the amenities last time i looked but always closed it for adult party weekends!
