Thanks for all your replies.
A very new parkrun, number 8 last week, is Thorney bay on Canvey Island, its local to me so don't need a campsite, just thought I'd throw it out there for visitors to us in the South.
What I like about the run is its one lap, along top of seawall then down to lower level.
