I for one would not pay for an extra night. Just ask the owner/warden, it's not difficult. Something strange at the last site we stayed at, a motorhome and car turned up and shortly after left again. It was last Sunday and the site was full. Surely they didn't turn up without booking on a Bank Holiday weekend?
