Hi All

We use Silver Birches at Barton near the Humber Bridge. The owners are great, you can take your time on Sundays as long as the pitch isn't booked, we usually leave mid afternoon.

We went to Rowntree Park CC site in York last weekend and leaving is enforced at 11.15am latest departure. We paid for another night and left at 8.00PM otherwise its a day wasted.

Stayed at C&CC site at Wolvey

asked if we could leave tent up till afternoon, NO!!!.

asked could we pay extra day and leave tent up as site was half empty, NO your pitch is rebooked!!!.

asked could we pack tent away and leave with them, NO!!!.

now we no longer use C&CC sites, find them expensive anyway..........
