We're heading up to the Highlands at the end of the month, and we'll be stopping en-route at Inver Mill campsite in Dunkeld. It's a stunning little site just off the A9 and we found it by chance last year (we saw one of those little brown campsite signs, and took a chance). Well worth a visit
Blair Castle site is v good, Nr Pitlochary, its very spacious with lovely walks around the castle grounds and surrounding area, some of the trees around there are huge!! and have to be seen to be believed.

Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!
I'd second the recommendation for Kippford, we love it and often go down for a weekend - great forest walks, super walk over the cliffs from Sandyhills to Rockcliffe then back to Kippford on the Jubilee path .... the site is kind of up and down naturally landscaped so feels even smaller than it is ... lovely!
Have to agree with you there Liz9...Dundee is getting better?? Aberfeldy and Blair Atholl are both good sites with fantastic views...Enjoy Scotland wherever you end up....Dotty45
