Hey that's brilliant and yes I've received my lovely Nevada 3.  I managed to pitch it in the garden with a bit of a struggle - partly because my garden's not big enough so struggled to get the poles slotted through with no room to move!

I've also ordered the Aztec canopy tonight which a few on here have recommended.

So that's the tent and canopy sorted - just need everything else now.  It's an expensive business this camping lark isn't it?!  I can see me amassing lots of "basics"!!

Most important thing I reckon is a good WARM sleeping bag ! I upgraded mine after spending a miserable night - hardly slept due to being cold. Kept adding layer after layer of clothing (wore hat of course) so 1st stop after that straight to the climbing/camping supplies shop !

Joined the c&cc at the Camping and Caravan show at the NEC after umming and arring.  They had an offer on for a free night on a club service pitch an it ended up saving the membership fee so check out the stands for offers.  Looking at France next year and seem quite impresed with the details of thier carefree travel service and the savings that could be made
