All the services on the M5 corridor offer overnight parking facilities for caravans, I don't know how much you have to pay but you'll probably find they'll all charge you after a maximum free period of parking.
An alternative between J12 & J14 would be to leave the M5, turn right at junction & go down to next junction, either a roundabout or a "T" junction at J14, turn left & keep going, you end up at J16 M5 where you can rejoin the motorway. There's a number of large laybys on this stretch of the A38 big enough to park an outfit or two in. Along with several garages & a couple of shop for fuel etc. There's a small services off ofJ12 & to the right with a macdonalds, theres a small services with a garage & used to have a little chef off of J13 & 1/4 mile to the left.
