Hi, My husband and I are quite new to camping and decided this year to give it a go. We have a two year old daughter and are looking for a secluded, quiet campsite maybe in woodland or something like that, any sugestions would be great,

new forest ??

Try thetford - i think its a forestry commision site. its quieter than the new forest ones. great walks and very peaceful.

We've just spent Easter at Dolbryn Campsite, near Newcastle Emlyn, West Wales.Very tranquil and picturesque and secluded.  Great facilities for young children, play area, ducks, rabbits, goats etc. Only downside is you need a car because it's not in walking distance of anywhere. Nice villages nearby. The couple that run it are very friendly and the toilets and showers are first class.
