Hi all

I love camping but am new back in after a few years with 2 1/2 year old twins!!!  We have bought a trailer tent and are looking forward to making the most off it but would really appreciate any advice as to toddler friendly sites that are at the cheaper end of the market.

This year we are considering pembrokeshire for a 2 week holiday and then some long weekends around the wales coast and whitby way - alothough there are so many places I'd like to go that I'm open to anywhere!!!

I know it's just out of Pembrokeshire - but have you looked at the CC site at Pembrey Country Park ?

The site itself is nice (though no more child-friendly than any other club site) but you could stay a week in the park with the beach, train, playgrounds, kites, walks, etc without leaving.

We've just returned from a week at Dolbryn in West Wales (sorry don't know how to do a link).  It's a really good site for young children.  There's a lovely play area, a stream with ducks, goats and rabbits.
