We are looking for sites around Norfolk and Lincolnshire but would definately go anywhere within 3 hours drive time from Cambridgeshire, We are looking for sites that have lakeside and riverside caravan pitches, we like to have a good day out with the kids and our 2 dogs, ( sites must be child and dog friendly) and then on return to the site get out the fishing rods and kick back, later enjoy a BBQ whilst still fishing and chilling out.
Any information greatly appreciated
Shaun

Deersglade looks good with excellent reviews for the site but couldnt get close to the lake when we are going,
Most probably going to Cobbleacres, been told on the phone By Ian at reception? that they do lakeside pitches with electric hook up and close to deerglade and a couple of other sites so will walk round and look at them whilst in the area.
Also going to do Alysham and then the train journey from Aylsham to Wroxham it sounds like quite a good day.
Have a look at Brook Meadow at Market Harborough, lakeside pitches there and fishing on a syndicate, you get to fish it if you are staying on the site, havent fond out yet though how much the fishing is but it looks good.
