We s went to Kilder water cc site in northumberland and love the site and area so you could give it a try.

HIya,

    ive just come back from Warren Mill in Bamburgh.Its a lovely site with nice clean facilities etc.Its not far to go into Bamburgh(castle n beach),Holy Island,Seahouses,alnwick.

Also theres a couple of nice sites in Wooler,bit futher to travel for site seeing but both nice sites,Riverside has a swimming pool!!great if youve got kids.

Seafield Caravan Park, Seahouses is great.

Mostly statics and only fully services touring pitches.Facilities spotless and use of the onsite Leisure Complex included in the price.

All the main places of interest in easy driving distance - Bamburgh (Castle well worth a visit), Holy Island, Berwick Upon Tweed, Alnwick and Rothbury to name but a few

Beaches in the area are amongst the best in the UK

        seafield looks great but doesnt take any tents!found some great sites but they dont have ehu for tents.typical eh haha
