The reviews are nearly 2 years old - and according to the website they are under new management !
We fancy giving it a whirl - but one review the latest one i think is really scathing - would love to hear if anyone has been and have things improved.

i went to visit it and came back with a brochure. i thought it was still owned by the same family as the block in reception is in the brochure.there is a very narrow road to pass one another which made it more difficult as we have a transit .the bloke asked me which price list i wanted ,most sites give you all prices on one piece of paper. the pool and stuff does look nice thats why i went to be nosy. btw on the same road is Barmouth holiday village,sarnfern (SP) and another one.we did not see the camping field as it was a one way system around the caravans.i do have the broucher though if you would like it.we stay at Dyffryn seaside always 4 0r 5 of us as its cheeper for us
We wanted info for this place as a possible alternative, we usually stay at Hendre Mynach - been there every year - but he is getting to be a rip off and packs them in so tight.
So i am looking for possible alternatives and this one has direct access to the beach etc, sounds lovely and near Barmouth, but the last review on this place was a real stinker so - will read up on those you mentioned.

Just came back from the other site down that same road Moelfre view caravan park. We spent last weekend there, beautiful weather. It was really nice with very clean and hot showers. £15 with ehu for our tent, nice little park for the kids in the center. I do have some pics that i will load up to here if i can suss out how do do it !!.
Oh and its a 2 minute walk to the beach down the narrow lane. Cant wait to go again.

Daz - i cant find any details on the campsite search for Moelfre view - how did you find it - really interested in this site if you could provide me with some more details.
