Kingsbury Water Park is probably the nearest. Its in c & cc website. Never been there so can't say what its like. Not sure what sites are nearby from southerly direction. We have been to Lickhill Manor in stourport on severn. How far that is to cadburyworld I couldn't say but its a nice site.
On the other side of Birmingham, Clent Hills C&CC site is nice and easy enough to get to Cadbury World with the motorways I should think. Not stayed at any others in the area except for a certificated site at Coleshill which I would hesitate to recommend (cheap though).
We stayed at Hatton Farm Country World CL (Caravan Club) when we visited Cadburyworld. If you go for the weekend you can do both attractions, one on each day. Hatton Farm has loads of animals, trampolines, bouncy castles an indoor play barn and for us Mum's some lovely little shops.
Enjoy.
------------- A messy house is a happy house ... and this one is delirious!!
I got My Life time want last Year and went to Cadbury Worls on the same weekend as we went to the NEC Caravan Show at in October, What a great time we had, I loved Cadbury World especially the conveyor belts.... Strange Lady. Have loads of fun.
I agree with Anne Clent Hills is a good option and you don't even need to use the motorway from that site, also though not too far away just outside Kidderminster there is Stourport-on-Severn with several sites there plus nice walks along the river play areas, funfair, crazy golf etc we live in Stourbridge so for a local weekend go off to Stourport and if you drop lucky for the weather you could be anywhere. We usually stay at Lickhill Manor.

Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!
We ended up at the "Cottage of content" site, behind the pub.
It was small and basic , with 25 pitches all having electric and tap (one between 2).
A bit soggy but where wasn't last weekend ?
No showers and only 2 toilets for the site - new toilet and shower block is on the cards. Did not bother us as we have porta-potti and only stayed 2 nights.
Not bad for £7:50 per night (tent / trailer tent & caravan) or £10 with lekky. Prices now up £2:50 a night as it is July.

hi fancy going to this site but cant find it anywhere on the caravan club site, do you have the telephone number to the campsite so i could give them a ring
we live in Stirchley nearBournville and I would stay at the caravan club site at wythall, think its called chapel lane. 10 mins from cadburyworld 2 mins from M42.
If you go on to the Caravan Club website and click on Search and Book, then click on Certified Locations tab, enter Hatton in the CL search box and click search the second entry is Hatton County World, gives you all the details there, telephone number 01926 842157.
Hope this helps.
