Hi there,

We'd quite like to stay near Stanstead Airport, as we'd like to take advantage of the Ryanair 1p flights for a day trip to Dublin for our boys. Also good links to London would be nice too.

We'd like a quietish site with no frills, just showers and toilets.

Does anyone have any recommendations within about 30 mins of the airport?

The only one I'm aware of is Roydon Mill, which is reasonably close to Roydon and the train station, if you wanted to take the train to the airport.

Two sites that come to mind are Cherry Hinton CC Site at Cambridge and Ashridge Farm CC Site near Royston, might be a bit over the 30min but not by much.
