Hi this might be a daft question but if I get given a large gas bottle 25 kg can i swop it for a small one at the gas suppliers I have read about people swapping smaller bottles but none this size  Regards Debbie

For years you could swap any size for any size but I don`t think you can anymore, hopefully someone will know for sure,

Calor didn't allow it up untill a short while ago but with the competition from the BP gas-light they now will allow an any for any swap.

yep,

it will be no problem. they just get you to sign a new contract/receipt stating what size your bottle now is and how you get a refund for your deposit as a gas bottle is always owned by the company ie calor etc and not yourselves.
