yes they are Temporary Holiday sites and yes they are run by District Associations (DA's), we're using the THS for overnighters on our way down to Newquay in August as it will be the furthest I have towed since we started vanning. Most of the THS this necks of the woods is own san essential but I've noticed quite a few of the ones down south have toilet facilities but they are a few pounds dearer but still excellent value for money
