Can anyone offer me any advise on where I can site my Caravan for approx 3 to 4 months. I live in Wigan and would be looking for somewhere no more than 2 hours drive away. My Caravan is 9 years old , I know the age of a caravan does effect some places.

Hi JasonL-- have a look at Laylands Farm in Culcheth. M6 south, off at Haydock Island, left onto East Lancs road heading towards Manchester,then over Golborne Island, the next right after McDonalds ( should be a Toby Carvery facing you) then straight ahead at lights (bit right then left thing) follow your nose, round a tight left bend, over a bridge (dissused railway) then Laylands Farm is on youy right. They have caravans that live there year round and some that are on and off for months at a time. Good luck, let us know how you got on. Gary
