I would like to know about the area. What good places to go please. what are the nearest supermarket, pubs, restaurants. Any good pubs and restaurants please let me know. Anybody know about trains and buses in the area?

We stayed here on that wet Bank Holiday, left a day early, so didn't really explore the area that much. Went to Cotswold Wildlife Park and stopped in Witney on the way, had a Somerfield, Sainsburys and Waitrose there.

Don't know if you read in the reviews, but you can get an Indian Takeaway delivered to your pitch. Didn't get a chace to try that, but another camper did and said it was good.

The site owners are extremely helpful and will point you in the right direction of various pubs and restaurants - Woodstock looked really nice for pubs.

big sainsbury's in kiddlington or big tesco in bicester also bicester village big retial designer shops ! pubs galore if you head into the local villages as opposed to towns, generally very good although i dont know the area to well i live on the southside of oxford , places to see go to blenhiem palace ? , the train service from bicester is excellent , you can get into london in 60 mins service runs every 30 mins, oxford has good bus services kiddlington has a park and ride service ! DONT drive into oxford its a nightmare to park and very exspensive , use the park & ride

cotwold widlife park near burford also place to go ..great pubs in burford ! , go a bit further into cotswolds if you have the time
