has any body got info about racecourse sites (horses) other than the well known ones of Uttoxeter, Warwick, Cheltenham & Wincanton.  We've done all those and reccomend evening racing at Uttoxeter with an overnight stay.

The Brompton-on-Swale site is near Catterick racecourse, under 30 minutes walking I would guess - or do you mean actually on the racecourse ? They also have a huge market there every Sunday, mostly tat of course, but some quite interesting tat !
