Just got back from week-end at Manston Caravan and Campsite in Thanet, Kent. Nice site, loads of room (but was quiet this week-end, the guy said it gets chocca at bank holidays), is near to lots of beaches by car and Asda's/Tescos near too. Nice and clean, kids play area, v chilled week-end. (We'd go back there)
I live 10 mins away from this site.But i have stayed on there before we come to live here.It does get busy at bank hols but it is a big park sectioned off by hedges.There is also Nethercourt farm in Ramsgate small but a nice site with a swing park.5 mins from harbour and town and lovely beaches.Lots of bays between Margate and Ramsgate.I would be happy to give more info of anywhere you would like to visit.
We like Norwood Farm, Newchurch, New Romney. Lovely, small, friendly site on a sheep farm. Lovely clean showers etc and free use of fridges/freezers. Theres a Sainsburys in New Romney - a little drive away. Not far from beaches at Dymchurch, New Romney, Littlestone, Greatstone etc.
