Hello - we are booked into Clent Hills Camping and Cara\anning Club site near Haleswen in Midlands,  next Monday (30 July). When my parents called Clent Hill today to see if they are affected by the flooding in Worcestershire, the said that they we currently only accepting caravans on their hardstanding pitches. There were not currently allowing tents. We are going to be calling again later in the week, but want to hear from anybody that has just come form Clent Hills, or still there in a caravan. Are the ground conditions very bad?

Many thanks.

We live up the road from the Clent Hills near the Lickey Hills and the ground conditions locally haven't been too bad. But driving over the Lickeys yesterday there was a lot of water coming off the hills causing small pockets of flooding. They may be having the same problem up at Clent.

Hello chrisf70 - many thanks for replying - I'm keeping fingers crossed it will improve enough over the next few days for Clent Hill to re-open for tents again.
