thanks katieb53, we will leave the dinghy at home, OH will be pleased, one less thing to pack. Our kids are really looking forward to the weekend especially the ponds and wildlife. The nearest shop is about 5 miles, fantastic takeaways in Builth (see our website) and the nearest pub is about 3/4 mile. We have basic essentials for a bl...y good breakfast! The newts haven't had nearly enough attention this year with the weather keeping people away, so buckets and nets are a def. must! Look forward to seeing you here soon KatieB
