I live in the Farnham, Surrey area, and I'm pretty new to camping. We are looking to get away as often as possible, but as ever the weekends just keep slipping us by. We are looking to do another weekend in September that might be Friday and Saturday night, but might also end up being just Saturday night.

Could anyone recommend places within a "do-able" distance from us for a short break. Your favourites in the vicinity would be great..

i guess really you will need to head to the New Forest or South Coast somewhere from there. Do a search on Hampshire sites on the search facility

I've been looking all around the new forest and dorset area this weekend and have found some options. I am keen to find a different area for the next trip, so maybe somewhere like eastbourn? i will have a search..!

How far are you willing to travel? i guess you could look for sites along the A3 area or M3 -
