Has anybody been fishing off the shoreline at this camp site just outside Oban. If so, can you tell me the best bait to use and where to get it. I was there last year but forgot to take my fishing gear. Chap I was talking to had caught Sea Bass, but I can't remember what bait he used.

Sorry - can't help with the bait however don't cast too far out or you might hook a scuba diver as there are usually quite a few folks out there diving on a large wreck that's directly out from the site!

Seriously though I'd also be interested in this answer as I might take the fishing tackle up with me next time I visit North Ledaig - it's possibly my favourite CC site.
