I did look at them all, but Old Oaks is adults only and weve got a 10 year old.
Started a new post because sometimes only the original question gets read and i wanted to elaborate a bit. Thinking about It, could have edited it though.
If you considered Dorset, the Inside Park at Blandford has storage and a two on/off facility. The park is great according to my children and there are tractor rides around the farm, plus acres of woodland to play and make dens in. The sea is about 20/30 mins away.

There is one in Llandow near Cowbridge. It's got a racing track next to it so if your 10 year old likes go carts etc. it could be just right. I don't stay there because even though dogs are allowed there's no dog walk and the race track is a bit noisy.
I do, however, keep my caravan stored there. The storage is very good and the owners are very helpful. They don't have the daft rules that some storage places have like 'no washing or maintainence!', and restricted access. The man will do his best to accomodate you, will pull your caravan out for you, if you arrive back from another campsite late you can leave it on a pitch, drive home and he will put it away for you in the morning. You can't ask fairer than that
Black Lion in Gorslas, between Llanelli and Carmarthen tick all your boxes. They are also very reasonable. If my memory serves me well, I pay them £160 per year and are cassoa silver. About 5 miles from junction 49 of the M4. It's a long way from Exeter, about 70 miles from the severn bridge. I have my van there, as we used to go to West Wales a lot and it was convenient to pick it up on the way. This year, I always seem to have picked it up and headed east again, so I am seriously thinking about bringing it closer to home.

I've used this one but he has lots of rules. You can't work on your caravan, you can't wash your caravan and you have to let him know if you want to come and get it. Also ours was sitting in water for three months over winter which didn't help the inside at all. We moved it to Llandow after that which is more expensive but worth every penny. They have security gates which are approved by insurance companies so cheaper insurance.
Also just noticed that Black Lion are now only doing seasonal pitches!
Just seen the bit about 'Exeter area' and in Woodbury is Webbers Park. They have storage, tow on/off, park for the children and enclosed animal area which had nosey goats and Shetland ponies the last time I was there. Handy for Exmouth, loads to do in the area.

LOL Weve just come back from Webbers Park (about 1 hour ago)and Ive just seen your message.
Webbers is fantastic we love it. We did enquire about storage, but it was a bit more than we wanted to pay at the moment, as we need year round storage and they charge £175 for six months, £2.50 each way to tow on or off a pitch.
Weve now found a nice place in South Wales for next year,£200 for the year and no charge to tow on and off.
Thanks everyone for all the replies
