hi everyone,  myself and my partner are off camping for 3 nights (31august)  I posted a while ago asking for recommendations for lake district. Many thanks to those who replied. We are quite interested in castlerigg farm as it sounds ideal for us. We will be arriving by train and want somewhere quiet but still close to a town (well, a 10-20 minute walk!)  We don't want to be on a site that is in the middle of nowhere. We want to be close to local attractions (musuems etc... activities etc...)

we were just wondering if anyone knows of any other sites in the lakes that sound like they'd fit the bill, we're quite happy to go to any area!!

If anyone has any reccomendations then let me know!!!

Thanks!!! xx
